What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional fee.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer payments only. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Can I get a full refund?
Guests are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is made up to 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date, the full booking amount remains payable.
Is housekeeping provided during the stay?
Housekeeping services can be arranged upon request and may be subject to an additional fee, depending on the property.
